Sportsmen For Sara Palin
Who is Sarah Palin ? She is the governor of Alaska, a forty-four year old mother of five children, the wife of a professional snowmobile racer and oh,….. did I mention she is a primary candidate for vice-president of the United States of America ? And why should we at Field-N-Water.Com care ? Because Sarah Palin is everything Field-N-Water.Com stands for. Pro-gun, pro-hunting, pro-fishing and basically anything pro-outdoors. And if this isn’t enough she is a life member of the NRA. Anyone who is a U.S citizen who hunts, fishes and or is involved in the fur trade should take a good look at Sarah Palin. Especially if you are undecided on who to vote for this upcoming presidential election.
Now with all that said, does her stance on the outdoors qualify her to be vice-president of the USA ? Hell no ! Not in a million years. But united with her past history in politics and the good she has done with Alaska as governor, makes her resume look better and better by the minute.
Until John McCain announced his selection for Sara Palin to be vice-president I wasn’t sure ( being an independent ) which way I would swing. The myth about pro-hunters and gun owners always voting republican is a bunch of hog wash. In my years of hunting and trapping, I have hunted and trapped on large tracts of lands owned by democrats. Not all democrats are anti-hunting, and I think all sportsmen and sportswomen should realize that. Whether you know it or not, there are democrats who think like republicans and republicans who think like democrats. Why the United States still hosts the different party types in this day and age is beyond me. I truly believe within the next century the republicans and the democrats will be the minority on the ticket.
There is a lot more at stake in this upcoming election then hunting and fishing issues. But those who support hunting, fishing, and the right to bear arms are those who take our natural resources and rights to freedom very seriously. Furthermore those who support hunting, fishing, and the right to bear arms, care about the future that lays ahead for our children. After all, wetlands protection, wildlife management ,land management, hunting and fishing seasons dates and bag limits are all tools used to protect the future of our natural resources and echo systems. The federal government plays a big role in all these issues.
When someone’s mom (Sarah Palins) has to be tracked down out in the wilderness, who is hunting Caribou, only to be told her daughter was selected for vice-presidency,…. can sit at my campfire any day.

McCain is all those things too. I am alarmed that she is running for office and has a 4 month old baby .
I voted in the primary for Hillary over Obama; after Hillary got knocked out, I was going to sit out the Nov. vote; “until Sara Palin came along”! I find her astonishingly bright, movivated with extreme confidence! If I went down in a plane wreck on a deserted island with Palin and Biden surving (including myself), one thing I know, Joe boy will be scratching his ass to which foreign policy or political b.s. to dazzle me with, mean while Sara girl will be running around gathering dry wood, looking for shelter, spearing fish and setting traps for meat, climbing trees for food! I really find this woman well rounded in everything she trys to do and often with great success! McCain was very political correct in choosing a running mate who inspires, excites, and most of all can pull this nation back together again! The people are not hearing the real truths behind Obama, nor his trip over seas ignoring most of the troops; his trip was more political and photographic than the real deal, trust me on that one! Used car salesmen are a dime a dozen, it’s sad many don’t see this guy for what he really is………”full of shit and hot air with false hopes and false dreams to the American people” the only hopes and dreams are for Obam’s own gains not as one nation under God! Everyone will be crying and sobbing in disbelief if that guy gets into office! The change he talks about is definately NOT a good change! Reverend Wright and others warned us all of this guy and what they all think of white Americans! Even Obama’s wife Michelle stated “unproud of being an American”, but later changed her tune when the press picked up her words! How chesty they are one minute and then stick their tails between their legs when ganged up on after they stick their foot in their mouths! Wishy washy jerks anyways! Troopergate? Geeishhhh the state cop was tasering a young boy where was CYS (children and youth services)? I am against child abuse and I think any American who wants to protect our children from bully’s with a badge would be asking the same questions. Why is he still a state cop? No step father of the year award for that loser state cop in my opinion!
